This picture is the landscape of Punggol, Singapore, which I took yesterday.
Although Singapore is a modern commercial and industrial society ~ built up
with modern concrete buildings. However, like this picture, actually many
rural areas in Singapore still have not been developed. The Singapore government
plan to develope this area for water activities and leisure activities but I prefer
they don't do anything in order to protect this mother nature.
This is LRT in Singapore run in a circular route in sub-urban areas.
The windows will automatically turn into milky from transparency to block
the view when the train passby the residental areas for privacy protection.
The time schedule is less frequent in the morning. A bit troublesome for which
only run either east loop or west loop in a definite time. Next Tuesday, I 'll go to
Lim Chu Kang, another rural area in Singapore, for farm visit.
In the past I'm very scared to go to Punggol.....until few month before I go there & take LRT, feel very convinent & improve a lot now!
