紅紛印度之旅

 


印度之旅是台灣飲品, 主要是乳酪和牛奶. 再加上少量肉桂粉


和豆寇粉這些印度香料, 成了這次印度之旅,


我自己另加椰醬和椰絲,


滴一滴紅色素把它染成粉紅色.


令這次旅程帶點浪漫色彩.


Orignial Recipe:


225ml yogurt; 225ml Milk; 1/4 tsp nutmeg;


1/4 tsp cinnamon ; 3 tbsp sugar;  75ml ice water, ice.


Blended all above ingredients and topped with nuts.
