最近很有mood 煮下野食, 一連做了幾個小點. 酥皮蛋撻,
左圖, 第一次做, 明顯乾身和皮厚, 右圖第二次做, 掌握了些竅門, 下次會定更好!
蜜汁叉燒, 非常成功! 原來枚頭豬肉是 Shoulder Butt.
用剩餘的蛋撻皮和叉燒做了叉燒酥, 可以慳功夫!
